When I thought I was going to be a fabric artist...and a darling quilt that I love!

This is a pretty old quilt...an applique quilt by me, of my beloved Columbines, the state flower of Colorado.  I found it while refolding quilts today, and decided to put it up...holiday decor notwithstanding.
And this darling quilt!!  A dear friend made it for me, and I keep it out all year round!!!

Have a great day, everyone!!

Hiya Julie, are we doing the linky party for Log Cabin Lunacy? I'm ready and I'm loving it!

I love Columbines. I have some in my backyard. They used to be of different colours but now they are mostly purple, like your mini. You did an excellent rendition of them. Enjoy! ;^)

Columbine and Indian Paintbrush make a very artsy quilt.

Puffins and purples!!

I was tempted by Puffins...a squirrelly breed!!  LOL!  This fabric was shared with me, and I have been loved these bright, candy corn colors...
